Reply:yes... as the other person said, check out Oriental Trading Co. for the best inexpensive decorations. They even have grass skirts for your table! and leis, etc. Get some silk orchids at wherever the cheapest fake flowers are in UK, and strew them about the food table...

BANANA DAIQUIRI PUNCH

4-5 bananas

1 large can pineapple juice

1 (med size) cans frozen orange juice concentrate

1 large can frozen lemonade concentrate

6 qts. water

sugar and VODKA to taste (vodka is optional)

6 qts. 7-Up or Sprite (adjust, if vodka is added)

In blender, blend bananas and add juices %26amp; water (do this in batches). Sweeten to taste. (You can do it to this point and freeze, if you want) Add vodka %26amp; 7-Up to amount needed ...... Serves 40

Tropical Fruit Salad: bananas, mangos, papayas, pineapple...guava, starfruit (if you can find them)

HONEY MACADAMIA PIE

1/4 c. honey

1/2 c. brown sugar

4 TB. butter

1/4 t. salt

3 eggs, beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. macadamia nuts, chopped

unbaked pie shell

Scald honey; add sugar, butter %26amp; salt; stir until blended. Add eggs, vanilla %26amp; nuts and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 min. at 400; lower to 350 and bake another 30 min. Cool... Can top with sweetened whipped cream, if desired

WIKI WIKI CHICKEN SALAD

2 c. cubed, cooked chicken

1 c. pineapple chunks

1 c. seedless grapes, halved

1 c. cubed papaya (optional)

1/2 c. slivered almonds or chopped macadamias, toasted

mayonnaise, salt %26amp; pepper to taste ... leaf lettuce to put under it and oranges slices to garnish

Combine chicken, fruit %26amp; nuts and enough mayo to moisten; toss lightly. Season to taste %26amp; serve on lettuce leaves with orange slices

Since it's probably a little hard for you to roast a whole pig in the ground (lol), you might do pork tenderloins, or pork chops, or ham, on the BBQ with pineapple glaze/marinade. Lawry's has a good Hawaiian marinade, but I don't know if you can find it there:)... maybe something with orange marmalade?

It's really hard to give someone in UK a recipe, because I know you'll need to convert the measurements, and I'm not sure what you have available there:)
