Would it be okay if I gave him this?

He likes me and I like him. Unfortunately we won't be seeing eachother anyone because of different schools. I want to give him my favorite necklace. It's girly though, it's a pearl and on top of it is a silver hawaiian flower with a small diamond in the middle of it. I want to give him this because my name means pearl. If this helps, I'm almost 18.

Would it be okay if I gave him this?
